Love Love LOVE! This Frosty Pillow Gel Mat is a dream come true! The second you take it out of its box its cold to the touch! I instantly went to put it on my pillow... I laid down.... and it felt like heaven! The directions tell you to stick in the fridge for an hour before use, but you dont even need to. I swear last night was the best nights sleep I have had in..... well before I had kids.. lol I also had a terrible headache for the last 3 days that I could not shake. This morning I work up with no headache!!!! Like seriously it felt like magic!. Helps with hot flashes too (I have had 4 today already and I'm only 32!!) I wish I would have known about this mat before. I do however plan on buying one for my husband and 2 kids sized ones for my kids...
